About Us

When I first began in real estate in 2005 I was with a different company. After about three years I felt it was time for a change and I began interviewing a number of brokerages. I was drawn to Keller Williams for a number of reasons. At the time we were the 7th largest company in terms of agent count and we were one of the few brokerages who actually grew during the Great Recession. I’m proud to say that now we are the largest brokerage in the world and sell the most units and volume in the United States. Here are some of the company ideals that drew me to join KW:

Our Values:

God, Family, then Business

Our Belief System:

Win-Win: or no deal
Integrity: do the right thing
Customers: always come first
Commitment: in all things
Communication: seek first to understand
Creativity: ideas before results
Teamwork: together everyone achieves more
Trust: starts with honesty
Success: results through people

I believe that these ideals not only lead to success, but more importantly they are the right thing to do. I also understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a life-changing experience. More often than not, our homes end up being one of the biggest investments we will ever make. Yet, beyond the financial aspects, there are a lot of hopes and dreams wrapped up in them. This is why I strive to be the best at my job that I can be and I surround myself with people of integrity who are also very good at what they do. So at the end of they day, we are serving our clients to the best of our ability while guiding them through the complex world of real estate.

Mission Statement:

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to have consistent communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
